The application of PVD Functional coating allows to improve the finish of the surfaces, to increase its resistance and useful life, avoiding losses and consequent failures. These coatings reduce seizure, allowing for higher cadences and shorter equipment downtime.

In cutting tools there is a very significant increase in the durability and strength of punches and dies. Already in the molds for plastics, rubber, and molds for injection molding of non-ferrous metals (aluminum and zamak), this coating allows to reduce the wear and corrosion, improves its demolding and facilitates the cleaning.

PVD coatings can be applied to most metals, ceramic surfaces and some plastics.
